I spent all weekend with the flu. YUCK! I had it all...hot/cold flashes, fever, nausea, sore throat, muscle weakness, my ears even were hurting! Have not been that sick in a LONG time...at least since before I had kids. So, the death bug waited until I had 3 to knock me totally on my booty! If you are wondering...Theraflu is about the worst tasting stuff ever invented (even in a good flavor) and I have to gag it down (mind over matter), but it helps so much it is worth it!
