Okay, I totally did not take this picture! But you should know...this is what I dream about! It's a mousse cake. My current goal it to attempt to make one of these beauties (will post a pic of that attempt when I do). Adam is a wonderful cook, but does not enjoy baking, so I figure if I fill that gap, we will have all of the bases covered in the kitchen!
